Delete your account
You can have your DigWorld account and everything that belongs to it deleted at any time. The quickest way is in the game: Menu → Privacy & terms → Delete my account – it is deleted at once. Without the game, send the request below; we confirm it to the address you give and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and its sign-in (Apple or Google), your base with everything in it, your workers, armies, outposts and towers, the map you discovered, your positions, your character, your messages in alliance chats, the feedback you sent, push notification tokens and device checks.
Daily backups of the database are kept for 30 days; after that, the deleted data is gone from them too.
