Terms of Use

These terms apply to the game DigWorld and this website. The game is run by Codebyte, obrt za računalno programiranje, vl. Željko Bilandžija, Pula, Grožnjanska 28. By playing you agree to them.

Play safely

DigWorld is played by walking in the real world. Look where you go, not at the screen; respect traffic, private property and closed areas; do not play while driving. You play at your own risk – nothing in the game is worth an accident or trespassing.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. One account per person; keep it to yourself. You can delete it at any time (Delete your account).

Fair play

DigWorld is fair only if everyone walks. Cheating gets the account banned at once, permanently and without a warning. Cheating is:

• faking your location (GPS spoofing apps, mock locations, emulators), or letting the phone be carried for you in a car while you play;
• changed or unofficial versions of the app, bots, scripts or tools that play for you;
• using bugs to your advantage instead of reporting them;
• more than one account per person, and sharing, selling or buying accounts.

The game checks how players move and whether the app is the real one on a real phone. A banned account loses everything in it and cannot be played again; signing up anew to get around a ban gets that account banned too. Supporter time already paid for is not refunded after a ban for cheating, as far as the law allows. If you think your account was banned by mistake, write to [email protected].

Be decent in names and alliance chat: no insults, hate, threats, or personal data of others. In the chat you can report a message (we look at it within a day and remove it if it breaks these rules) and block a player whose messages you do not want to see. Accounts that break these chat rules can be limited or closed.

Things in the game

Resources, coins, items and everything else in the game have no money value and belong to the game; they cannot be sold or exchanged outside it. The game changes over time: things can be balanced, changed or removed.

Supporters

Supporting the game is optional and gives comfort and a bigger safe for your storage, never strength in battle. What it gives and what it costs is shown in the game before you buy; purchases go through the App Store or Google Play and their terms.

No guarantee

The game is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and your progress safe, but cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors.

Changes and contact
