Questions
Why does the game need my location?
DigWorld is played on the real map: where you walk decides what you discover and gather. The location is used while the game is open; the game does not follow you in the background.
Does it drain my battery?
GPS and the 3D map take power like any map app. Closing the game stops the location; your workers keep working on the server.
Can others find my home?
No. Your base is shown to others only near its place, never on it. You yourself are never shown to other players, and your workers and armies only once they are 300 m away from your base.
Do I have to pay?
No. The game is free, without ads, and nothing that makes you stronger is for sale. Supporters get comfort only.
What happens to cheaters?
Faking the location, playing from a car, changed apps, bots or several accounts get the account banned at once and for good, without a warning. The game checks how players move and whether the app is the real one. Banned by mistake? Write to us.
What happens to my data?
See the privacy page. You can have your account and data deleted at any time.
I lost my progress after reinstalling.
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account as before: your progress is on the server, not on the phone.
